Clarissa Ortiz was born on 25 Jan 1995 in Oregon; to Andres and Sarah Ortiz. Her Grandparents: Mary Barth; Donald and Cylena Schneider; and Felix and Isalas Ortiz. Clarissa has lost her life in a tragic car accident on Hwy 35 in Hood River County on 3rd of Jan 2009. Clarissa was well known in her church and by her friends an family,she was loved by all. CLARISSA IS NOW IN HEAVEN IN THE HANDS OF OUR LOVING GOD.
